How often do we purchase?

• We typically make purchases on a monthly basis to ensure consistent supply. For new partnerships, we ask for a low minimum order quantity (MOQ) of approximately 1,000 Eur for the initial test order, allowing us to assess product quality and establish a foundation for long-term cooperation.

Preferred terms of shipment?

• We are happy to manage the shipment ourselves, ensuring timely and efficient pickup. Alternatively, we can agree on the supplier's shipping process, depending on your preference and convenience.

Payment terms?

• We usually work on the payment via proforma invoice in advance for new partners to ensure the cooperation is progressing smoothly and both parties are aligned before proceeding with future orders.

Returns and refunds?

• All goods received in our warehouse are inspected within 48 hours to promptly address any discrepancies or damage. In such cases, we are happy to offer credit towards a future order, eliminating the need for refunds and streamlining the process for all parties involved.
