How often do we purchase?

As a general rule, we plan to restock profitable products on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. If we are just starting out with you, we will commit between 500-1500 EUR for a first test order. Then, the order amount is uncapped. If your MOQ is greater than 1500 EUR, we can negotiate or guarantee you to spend this amount and more only split into several months as plan to buy all year round.
Preferred terms of shipment?

We are well used to Ex Works terms, but if there is an option to have you as our partner organizing a shipment (free or paid), we would prefer this option.
Payment terms?

As our partnership solidifies, we would optimally like to negotiate payment terms (NET 15, 30, 60), but at the start, we can pay via bank wire or card.
Returns and refunds?

All goods received into our warehouse are checked within 48 hours, this way we can quickly communicate any discrepancies or damage to stock. In such cases, we are happy to take credit towards another order, no refunds are necessary, to make the process easier for all parties.
